Sometimes after a hearty starter and a heavy main course, you're have quite enough room for dessert and yet you're craving something sweet. Normally when that happens, we'd order a slightly sweeter cocktail such as a chocolate martini, hoping that will do the trick. At Felix however, you no longer have to choose between a cocktail and a dessert as the stylish bar atop The Peninsula is offering a "cooktails". Some examples include:
- Crazy Suzette: a crepe suzette with Grand Marnier cocktail, filled with caramel flavour
- Nougat Passion: nougat in a glass with raspberry cocktail and light honey cream
- Ruby Cubes: Grand Cosmopolitan jello cubes with vanilla ice cream
