Posto Pubblico in Soho is introducing new flavours this spring with new seasonal dishes to its a la carte menu for both lunch and dinner.
From the antipasto selection, there is a new platter option that comprises of house made salumi, mozzarella and marinated local organic vegetables, priced at HK$150. Highlights of the new main course include ravioli calabrese (HK$140), house made oregano and ricotta ravioli in tomato sauce; and the shrimp and pasta dish, shrimp fra diavolo (HK$200)
Posto Pubblico's sandwich made with homemade Italian loaf is an ever-popular choice for lunch-goers. The new spring menu is also joined by two new sandwiches, the chicken cutlet (HK$100) and meatball sub (HK$120).
Don't call yourself an extreme chocoholic if you haven't tried these cocoa dishes prepared by Papi at Elements mall for Easter. From April 2 to 9, Papi will showcase a cocoa-inspired menu with adventurous savoury dishes, as well as chocolate drinks. Braised wild boar in dark chocolate sauce and dusting, priced at HK$300, is only one of the hot and savoury dishes you can indulge in. With Easter just round the corner, InterContinental in Tsim Sha Tsui is launching a "liquid gold" menu at its Lobby Lounge to answer chocoholics' cravings from April 2 through April 30. Chocolate lovers can indulge in a selection of liquid chocolate desserts made from the finest cocoa beans from exotic corners of the world, which include hot chocolate with special cocoa beans from Peru, Indonesia and Madagascar, delicately infused with flavours of cinnamon and chili, orange zest and mint (HK$120 each). The menu doesn't stop at hot chocolate, more delightful selections include the chilled frozen raspberry chocolate milk shake (HK$150), liqueur infused chocolate shots (HK$180 for three) and chocolate fondue, available in classic milk chocolate or white chocolate (HK$240 for two persons).
To celebrate Christ's rebirth, executive chef Fabrizio of Goccia is introducing a three-course Easter gourmet menu that features an array of enticing Italian delights, available from April 6 to 9 during both lunch and dinner. The menu will include a generous appetiser platter, which consists of jet-fresh clams, hand-tossed pizza and freshly imported buffalo mozzarella. For main course there will be three hearty options to choose from including pennette with homemade sausage, baked fillet of Sardinian sea bass or beef tagliata, and a special Easter dessert. The three-course Easter gourmet menu is priced at HK$398 per adult and HK$248 per child, and is served for a minimum of three people.
