Above & Beyond at Hotel Icon in Tsim Sha Tsui East has prepared a heart-warming feast for lovers to enjoy on February 14. The Valentine's dinner menu begins with a Chinese specialities platter comprised of barbecued suckling pig; mango and shrimp salad; cheese and crab meat spring roll; and poached sliced pork belly in garlic soy sauce.
