Here at Asia Tatler Dining, we're always on the look out for new brunch options: after all, who doesn't want to relax on Sunday morning with good company, good food and preferably unlimited Champagne? One of our newest finds is the caviar Sunday brunch at The Bostonian at The Langham in Tsim Sha Tsui.
From August 1 until the end of September, the restaurant will be serving caviar dishes on top of their regular brunch which already includes an appetiser buffet with sushi, shucked oysters and a foie gras cooking station; a choice of main course from six items; and two dessert options. As if that weren't enough, this summer The Bostonian will also add caviar dishes into the mix, including dishes such as lobster custard with salmon caviar, a decadent take on scrambled eggs that include jumbo scallops and caviar; as well as confit beef with black tobiko caviar. The Sunday brunch is priced at HK$408 per person, or HK$618 including unlimited Champagne.
For those who prefer to indulge at dinner time, The Bostonian is also offering a truffle menu, featuring the best of summer truffles from now until the end of August. The menu includes dishes such as jumbo scallops filled with truffle and aspargus puree, Alaskan king crab and truffle risotto and Welsh lamb three ways, served with a truffle reduction. The dishes also come with recommended wine pairings to ensure you get maximum enjoyment out of these summer delights.
