New Dining Concept by JW's California

There's no time better than the present to take charge of your food intake and your health.
Believing that diet and good health are inextricably related, JW's California in JW Marriott Hotel now offers its guests healthy and flavoursome dishes made from the freshest produce.
Here at JW's California, Chef de Cuisine Christopher Smith promises a dining experience that's unparalleled in Hong Kong, given his background in dishing out Michelin-starred morsels at Vie Bar Restaurant at Palazzo Versace in Gold Coast, and thanks to easy access to luxe ingredients from the Marriott's kitchens. In fact, the ingredients are not only of premium quality, but many are also from sustainable sources, such as the seafood. JW's California also use Meyer beef selected because it contains no growth stimulant, steroids or antibiotics.
With a contemporary twist, the new menu features exciting options that includes the succulent USDA prime fed angus beef (HK$ 405 for 200g); cedar plank Norwegian salmon chop (HK$ 235); braised milk-fed Dutch veal shank (HK$ 285); the signature JW's seafood tower (HK$ 685); lime tempura USA oysters (HK$ 175) and heirloom tomato salad (HK$ 85); while a refreshing vanilla and green tea ice parfait (HK$ 95) wraps up this delightful spread.
