Tsui Hang Village at the Miramar Shopping Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui finally re-opens as it finds a new location within the mall. With a new contemporary look, the Cantonese restaurant also introduces its new chef, Chan Lap Sun, along with an array of new dishes.
The Cantonese restaurant, famed for its traditional dishes, introduces their newest creations such as baked chicken with preserved vegetables, shredded pork and mushroom wrapped in lotus leaves; fried king prawns in mango sauce topped with caviar; fried scallops in salted egg yolk; and also the award-winning fried rice with conpoy, dried fish and roast duck meat. Diners can now enjoy a new spacious setting with the stunning view of Kowloon Park while they indulge in the tempting dishes by chef Chan.
