When London’s Zuma restaurant expanded to Hong Kong in 2007, expectations were high. And so far, Hong Kong locals have not been disappointed. This is partly due to the wrap-around terrace as well as the spacious bar area that is ideal for dancing the night away. Thanks to its 10,000 square foot space one can easily avoid feeling claustrophobic, even on the most happening nights. Equally enticing is the sake bar that offers over 40 different varieties of sake as well as cocktails made with sake and other Japanese spirits.
