Perched on the 34th floor of the Excelsior hotel, ToTT’s commands the waterfront at Causeway Bay, with fantastic views across to TST East. Inside, the bar is casual and hip, with tasteful, ‘70s retro accents such as dark wood panelling. The bar attracts a range of patrons, including reserved business travellers and more vivacious airline staff, that tend to be younger than at the usual hotel bar. Early in the evening, upbeat jazzy funk is piped at a discreet volume for those enjoying a quiet tipple at the horseshoe bar or on the low lounge seats, but the house band arrives to liven things up at 10pm. There is a comfortable terrace that looks west towards Wan Chai and Central. The menu includes Hong Kong-inspired mocktails and cocktails and luxury classics.
