Perched on the top of the Sheraton Hotel, the Sky Lounge offers guests panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. Guests – both locals and tourists – start arriving before sunset, and those that stay till 8pm can enjoy A Symphony of Lights – the nightly light-up of the harbour. The bar offers a range of fine drinks, including champagne cocktails, and almost every selection from the sterling wine list is available by the glass. A good selection of dim sum and tapas is also on offer.
