The lifeless end of Queen’s Road Central has been given a boost of adrenaline with the opening of Shore, a spacious bar that attracts crowds of young bankers working in offices nearby for happy hour. While the interior – finished in natural textures and earthy colours and fitted with unusually comfortable bar stools – is an attractive space, it is no doubt the funky outdoor terrace that is the main draw, even on steamy summer evenings. A DJ spins easy club lounge tunes nightly. Mocktails, cocktails, spirits and wines are available.
