Salon de Ning is a signature venue of The Peninsula Hotels worldwide, with branches in their hotels in New York, Shanghai and Hong Kong. The concept is to create a bar that imagines itself as the home of a stylish 1930s Shanghainese socialite, Ning. Her love of travel informs the décor of the bar, creating rooms filled with mementos from her jaunts in Africa and other art deco knick-knacks. Signature cocktails include the Salon de Ning rosé Champagne and the Ning Sling.
