Located in an open air atrium at IFC, Red inhabits a space that has both pros and cons. Beautiful, yes. But being a public area, drinks are strictly self-service. You'll be standing at the bar every time you need a refill, not unlike the Rugby Sevens. Music is mostly teen pop dance music that doesn’t fit with the predominantly after-work professional crowd at IFC. There is a full menu and signature cocktails hover around HK$90. In particular, a gooseberry lemonade (HK$88) is deliciously tantilising with gooseberries and raspberries crushed into lemon-infused vodka. Most signatures are loaded with fresh fruit and worth the dollars.
