Located in the village of Taipa, Portal Wine Bar offers not only a wide selection of wines and spirits, but also host wine tastings and other special events such as salsa or Brazilian nights regularly. Food from a nearby Portuguese restaurant, Ana, is offered. The bar has an impressive wine list of over 200 labels, as well as signature cocktails, such as the Mesquitatel (orange, grape, almond, brandy, vodka and whipped cream) and the Portal Sangria (with wine from the Douro Valley, blue currant liqueur and peach schnapps).
