Review

The Parlour is located in the historic Hullett House in Tsim Sha Tsui, and in keeping with the building’s heritage, the décor of The Parlour is notable for its Chinoiserie chic. The bar is divided into three rooms: the East Room is decorated with handpainted canvases of Victoria Harbour in the 19th century; while the West Room is like stepping onto Brighton’s Royal Pavillion. The Dragon Bar, in the middle, feature swooping dragons, Chinese shadow lanterns and dark wooden bar furniture. The drinks list includes a selection of signature cocktails such as the Hullettini (a twist on the traditional martini), the Dragon’s Back (vodka, champagne, lychee liquer, dragon fruit and strawberry liquer) or the Hullett House Hong (vodka, Advocatt, orange juice, grenadine).
