An ultra-exclusive bar in Causeway Bay, the Executive Bar is invite-only. Operated by a bar manager from Tokyo, the bar serves several dozen whiskies from Scotland, Ireland, Japan and the US, as well as bourbons and select cocktails along with beautiful views, thanks to its 27th floor location overlooking the Happy Valley racetrack. This is also the supposed birthplace of the spherical ice cubes that are now commonly seen in whiskies on the rocks, prized because of their inability to melt slowly, therefore preventing the whisky from being too diluted.
