This addition to the Hong Kong wine scene is an elegant space with plenty of dark wood and high-backed leather furniture. This self-conscious classicism is contrasted nicely with the ultra-modern glass fronted wine cellars, plasma screen televisions and iPad wine lists. Wines range from very affordable to many thousands of dollars per bottle, and a smaller selection is offered by the glass. The interactive wine lists are fun and provide information about each wine’s history and region. The bar can be very quiet on weeknights, but the classic jazz overhead makes for good company.
