Located at the end of the string of bars on the rooftop of IFC, G Bar is arguably the most formal of the lot thanks to its subdued lighting and modern, cubic back-lit orange bar that is the centrepiece of the venue. The high seats and a limited selection of sofa couches, all encased within floor-to-ceiling glass panels, makes it the perfect place to enjoy Hong Kong’s cityscape while indulging in a signature drink: the tiramisu and the lychee martini are favourites with regulars. Sharing a kitchen with the very competent H One next door, G Bar’s snacks are worth a try, especially the mouth-watering mini burgers.
